Packaging and Handling. We will take special care to package and insure that your order arrives safely at your home or business. We ship at all times using bubble wrap, foam particles, and filler paper. As additional protection for your purchase, we insure every piece through UPS ground. Please allow 2-4 weeks for standard UPS ground or contact us for special delivery arrangements.

Return Policy. If you need to return one of our pieces, we will issue a full 100% refund to your account in the form of a web site store credit. Customers pay for return shipping and product insurance. In the history of Streets of Manhattan, there has never been an incidence of breakage during shipping, but if this does occur, a replacement will be sent at no charge.

Privacy. Protecting our customer’s privacy is as important to us as protecting our own. Personal information and payment information is always kept strictly confidential. We never sell or share names, addresses, phone numbers, or e-mails with anyone at any time.

Each Streets of Manhattan piece is handcrafted, signed and dated. Colors and textures will vary due to the organic nature of the product.
