Skip Streeter and Kathleen Manhattan combined their energies and talents in 2001 to form Streets of Manhattan, an art studio devoted to innovative and versatile fused, slumped, and etched glass. They blaze artistic trails, whether they're fashioning an exquisite serving tray, a whimsical martini set, a soulful Judaic menorah, a striking architectural tile, or a stunning kitchen backsplash.
The popularity of Streets of Manhattan's creative tableware and custom pieces required huge kilns, prompting a plan for artistic growth. In 2006, they moved to a 6,000 square foot studio in downtown Cleveland's renovated Josephat Church, renowned for housing a consortium of talented artists.
